Ocean View Cottage offers quality accommodation with fabulous views overlooking Hot Water Beach and the famous Hot Pools.

The cottage has two bedrooms and can sleep up to four guests. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Duvets, blankets, pillows and quality linen is provided.

A large shade sail provides outdoor living all year round, great for those balmy nights when enjoying dinner on the patio. There is a large lawn area in front of the cottage ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view. The garden features many Native New Zealand plants, shrubs and trees and is home to Wood Pigeons and Tuis.

The cottage is private and self contained, facilities include:

To ensure an enjoyable stay for all our guests, we provide a non-smoking and pet-free environment. Check-In: from 2pm, for late arrivals please let us know and we can make arrangements to greet you when you arrive. Check-Out: 10.30am.
